Nothing could be more precious than a healthy glowing skin. Once you are in your 30’s and cross it, your concern for aging skin increases eventually. Practically, you can’t betray your growing age, but, can reduce the formations of early wrinkle from your face.

What can you do for a wrinkle free skin?

You don’t have to do much actually; just few precautions to be taken at right time and you will be blessed with a youthful, radiant skin. Apart from eating a healthy diet and drinking lots of water, there are few more ways which will keep your skin hydrated and nourished as you age.

What about using face masks?

Face masks help to retain the skin’s moisture and return back skin’s original texture.

Well, there are two choices available for you in case of Face masks. Either you buy a face mask product from the market or make your own face mask using your kitchen stuff.

If you want to stay away from the chemical products, then you can go for these home-made face packs. Now you must be thinking, “Why do I have to take the burden of making a face pack at home?! Why investing the time?!”  You will be happy to know that, it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare a face mask.

I have a list of 5 natural home-made face packs which will be prepared in no time and will work wonders for your skin.

Before we go further, there are some guidelines that you should necessarily know before you apply these face packs/masks on your face.

  • Before you apply any face mask, do clean your face properly using a face wash.
  • Wipe-off the water from the face, and let it dry first and then apply face-packs.
  • Be cautious, not to apply these face-masks near or around eyes.
  • For oily/dry skinned people, it is advised to remove the mask in less than 15 minutes after application.
  • It is recommended to clean the face with a soft cotton cloth after rinsing off the face mask.
  • Once you put on a face mask, do not go outside in sun or pollution for at least next 3 hours.
  • And lastly, use a sunscreen in day time!

Here we go with the list…

1. Tomato and Lemon Face Pack

Blend a tomato and add few drops of lemon juice in it. Now you can apply this mixture to your face gently. You might feel some tingling sensation; this is due to lemon content added in the mixture. Wash your face with lukewarm water after 10 minutes.

2. Pineapple, Honey and Gram-flour Face Pack

Blend a well ripe pineapple properly to get a fine paste and add 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Now add 1 teaspoon of gram flour to the mixture and finally add few drops of rose water to it. Mix them all to get a smooth paste and apply it on your face. After the mask dries completely rinse it off with water.

Finally, add this curd to the mashed banana slowly, mixing it all using a spoon until it becomes a smooth paste.  Apply this paste on your face and keep on for 20 minutes before rinsing off.

4. Kiwi and Avocado Face Pack

To make this pack, you’ll require 1 avocado and 1 kiwi fruit. Firstly, remove the skin, and get the pulp out of both. Now, mash the pulps to get a fine paste. To increase its smoothness you can add one tablespoon of honey it. Apply it topically on the face and neck and leave it for few minutes. Finally wash your face with water.

5. Green tea, Yogurt and Cocoa Face Pack

You’ll need some cocoa powder and a green tea bag for this. Start with tearing the green tea bag and pouring its content in a clean bowl. Now add 3/4 spoon of cocoa powder to it.  Finally, mix it all adding a tablespoon of yogurt to it. You can also add one tablespoon of honey to it to gain some more skin benefits. Mix all the ingredients in a well proper manner to get a good consistency.  Apply this pack all over the face and neck. Wash it off with water after 20 minutes.
