I wish there was a single and straightforward answer to this question. But my 16 years’ worth of suffering from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome has taught me you will learn to manage and feel better with your chronic illness as time goes on. Different people have different methods and outlooks about the concept of “feeling better”, so what works for me, may not work for you.
Nonetheless, here is how I feel better with my chronic illness, in video form. Watch it and leave a comment. Always know that you are not alone. I am here to talk!
P.S. I have rebranded my Youtube channel and launched this video as the first post of this new branding. Do let me know what you think.
