Is it enduring the monthly pain and troubles we go through? Or is it getting dressed up and being pretty? Or maybe, it’s the joy of motherhood?
I don’t know how you would define womanhood. But to me, I can’t just use examples and categorize womanhood.
A woman is someone who is strong and vulnerable at the same time, who is a teacher, a mother, a scientist, a businesswoman, a martial artist, a dancer, a doctor, a makeup artist, a blogger, a pet-mother, a chef, an astronaut…. anything you can think of. At least when my daughter grows up and asks me the question I asked at the beginning, I will answer her in this way.
It doesn’t matter if you are a woman, if you want to do something in your life and you know that you can do it- go for it. It doesn’t matter what your age is, if you want to learn something new- learn it. Don’t wait for someone to just come into your life and whisk away all your problems like magic. Face your problems, solve it and move on.
Happy Women’s Day!
