From the day I have started wearing makeup, I think one product that I have loved most is a Facial Mist. It’s mostly because of the quick effective action a facial mist can give. So I have tried out quite a few facial mists to this day and compiled a list of 5 facial mists which worked well on my skin without causing any irritation or breakout.
5 Facial Mists:
The 5 products I am going to talk about are:
- Kate Somerville UncompliKated SPF
- Michael Todd Citrus Spray
- Pixi Beauty Vitamin Wakeup Mist
- Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist
- Smashbox Primer Water
Kate Somerville UncompliKated SPF 50:
Do you also feel icky by the thick sunscreen like I do? Then you are going to love this mist which has SPF 50. You can use it before starting your makeup or a refresher throughout the day. It hydrates the skin and also creates a soft-filter effect on the skin. (Think of Benefit Pore-fessional in spray form)
You can get it online here.
Michael Todd Citrus Spray:
I reviewed Michael Todd Citrus spray on my blog back in 2015. It acts as a skin care product, a toner, and a makeup refresher. I use it after I epilate my facial hairs. It just calms down the face and leaves me with a fresh hydrated skin.

Pixi Beauty Vitamin Wakeup Mist:
Pixi Beauty has 4 amazing facial sprays which I use most of the time while doing makeup. But this one made on today’s list as it gives a beautiful sheen and refreshing feeling after using. I use it on bare face after washing and before starting makeup.
A little goes a long way and definitely on the affordable side. You can find it here.
Smashbox Primer Water:
This primer water from Smashbox can be used before foundation and after powder. It acts as a base for makeup and also lessens the powder look of powder makeup. This is my second bottle. You can find this affordable mist online here.
Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist:
This is the priciest facial mist in today’s list. Tatcha Luminous spray is actually luxury beauty product. You don’t need it, but once you have tried it, you can’t leave it. It gives an amazingly healthy and glowing finish after doing your makeup. Think of Hollywood star makeup with a million dollar attire. Truth to be told, I only use this mist for special occasions or events.
You can find this online here.
I have previously reviewed Evian Facial Spray on my blog. I love this equally and still use it time to time. If you want to know about Evian Spray, head over to this article.
